I'm Phang from Cytron, thank you for supporting Cytron and Raspberry Pi's newly launch 4B! At the same time, i'm sorry, we have some bad news that we need to let you know 🙁, the shipment of your Raspberry Pi 4B is going to be late.

When we launched the Raspberry Pi 4B, 2G & 4G, we promised that we will ship it out by 31 July. I apologise for breaking that promise as we can only ship it out 2 days later which is by 2 Aug (Friday). We understand that you probably can't wait to get hold on this little computer and play with it, we are also eagerly waiting to get it for ourselves too! I'm sorry that when we promised that date, we estimated that we would receive the boards by middle of July and we would have ample time to ship out your order earlier than the promised date. We set some time allowance for any unexpected events, unfortunately, our time allowance was still not long enough.

As a token of apologies, we have added USD5 (roughly RM20 / S$7 / THB170) into your CytronCash account. You can use the CytronCash to choose anything from our Marketplace as a gift from us to you. We hope that you will accept our apology and enjoy the experience you have with us 😀

Just some updates on what's going on under the hood here:
1. Raspberry Pi 4B has been shipped out from Raspberry Pi UK last Friday (26th Jul 19) and expected to arrive at Singapore Warehouse on Tuesday (30th July 2019)
2. We are expecting to receive the boards in Penang by Thursday (1st August 2019)
3. We have packed your order in a box, we are now just waiting for the Raspberry Pi 4B boards to reach.
4. We will work around the clock once we receive the boards, our goal is to send out your order by Friday (2nd August 2019).
