The Gardiner Foundation's Kids Basketball Clinic 
The Gardiner Foundation will be running a basketball clinic on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at St. James Park in the Bronx for 100 kids ages 7-15.

The clinic is sponsored by Gersowitz, Libo & Korek.

Registration will be held from 10 am - noon on Saturday, and the first 100 kids to arrive and complete the registration forms will be selected to participate in the clinic. The clinic begins at noon and should run for a few hours.

St. James Park is located at 192nd Street and Jerome Ave. Actual address is 2550 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10468. Please join us. 
Talcum Baby Powder Ovarian Cancer Risks – GLK Accepting Cases
Talcum powder products, such as Johnson’s Baby Powder and Shower-to-Shower Body Powder, may increase the risk of ovarian cancer in women. Research suggests that when the powder is applied for feminine hygiene purposes, the talc may migrate into the fallopian tubes, uterus, and ovaries.

It appears that the companies failed to provide consumers adequate warnings about the potential health risks of the use of talcum powder. Hundreds of lawsuits and class action lawsuits have been filed. One recent case came to a resolution with a $72 million jury award in February 2016. Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C. is currently accepting baby powder induced injury cases nationwide.
