| We cordially invite you to the Gardiner Foundation’s 9th Annual Gardiner Memorial Turkey Giveaway, which will take place on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at St. James Park in The Bronx, N.Y. at 8 a.m. Sponsored by Lawyertime.com, 750 turkeys and all of the delicious Thanksgiving fixings will be handed out to families most in need.
Since its inauguration, the Annual Turkey Giveaway has handed out more than 5,000 turkeys and meals to the South Bronx community. We are blessed this year to be able to hand out more Thanksgiving meals than we ever have before.
This would not be possible without the generous donations and help received along the way. It is never too late to donate to the Gardiner Foundation.

| | The 13th Annual Gardiner Memorial Basketball Classic Tournament: Another Year of Fun, Action and Scholarship Support In the Bronx Community
|
| On August 18th and 19th, the Bronx community hosted the 13th Annual Gardiner Memorial Basketball Classic Tournament, the most action-filled street basketball on the East Coast. The Gardiner family turned tragedy into hope and triumph through the game of basketball after losing family members in a crash on the Bronx River Parkway in 2006. The Gardiners established The Gardiner Foundation to turn the goal into reality.

Jeff Korek on Panel at the New York State Judicial Institute

| | This past August, Jeff Korek, Personal Injury Lawyer and Senior Trial Partner at Gersowitz Libo & Korek participated in a panel discussion at the New York State Judicial Institute. Jeff was asked to provide insight on Medical Malpractice cases and noteworthy issues surrounding this topic. He shared his experience with over 1,500 judges and justices of the New York State Unified Court System.
