The Trial School is hosting a two-part series on medical malpractice on February 11th and 12th on how to build and win medical malpractice cases from sign-up to verdict. One of the teachers at this seminar will be medical malpractice attorney Jeff S. Korek, Senior Trial Partner at Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C.
Jeff is scheduled to teach on February 12th on the subject of medical malpractice.
This all-inclusive program will teach Trial School Members how to use the power of story to build a winning strategy and combat defense experts and their usual assertions. Members will also learn approaches to avoid financial disaster by understanding the right criteria for accepting a case. The teachers, including Mr. Korek, will teach members how to use storytelling to persuade the jury as well as recognize exactly how and why visual evidence is persuasive.
