Friday was a joyous day for all of us at Gersowitz, Libo & Korek and more importantly millions of LBGT Americans. The Supreme Court’s landmark decision on Obergefell v. Hodges is another step on a long road to equal protection and justice for all Americans.

We are very grateful to the many who have sacrificed so much to get us to this day, and those who continue to fight for equal rights for all Americans.

The American Identity is based on the preservation of "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness” for all. The Court's decision grants millions of Americans the rights, dignity and equality they deserve, bringing us closer to that original declaration.

This is a victory for all Americans, as our society is stronger when it is inclusive and recognizes all families as equal. So let’s all celebrate this historic moment in the continued struggle for liberty and justice for all.
