Time to Get Grounded!
Times are crazy right now and if you feeling like you're about to lose it, you're not alone. This intense New Moon energy can be hitting some of us particularly hard right now and over the next couple of months, things are going to get very dramatic! And empaths are feeling the emotions of the collective right now big time - chaos! So I highly recommend that you focus on doing things to ground yourself over the next few weeks. To help you, I am linking a few resources for grounding I like on YouTube, one of them is mine (wink, wink). Some other suggestions during this time: - Meditate often!
- Take hot baths with epson salts
- Spend time in nature, go for a hike
- Play with your animal friends
- Listen to classical music
- Eat whole raw foods, avoid sugary, heavy and processed food
- Put your bare feet on the ground for at least 20 minutes every day or hug a tree
- Get into your body, do some yoga, tai chi, qigong, etc. and connect with your life energy
- Sing uplifting songs
- Play games that are light and casual
- Look at flowers
- Look at beautiful pieces of art
- Turn off your television, you will be alerted of any important info
- Turn off your social media for a while
- Do things that bring you comfort; drink hot tea, read a book, eat good soup, etc.
Things are getting really hectic, but I want to let you know that I read the stars and there is nothing to fear. Even if it seems that there is something to fear, remember that things may not be as they appear to be at first glance. Tune into your heart for guidance. Things need to change and these old structures are not going to give up without a fight, that's the stubborn energy of the planet Saturn squaring off with the stubborn energy of the planet Uranus.
