Join me for Meditation Mondays!

Hi my local peeps! It's been a long time since our last group meditation and I have been asked by several people now, "When are you going to start meditation classes again?" Well, thanks to this crazy virus, it's been a bit of a challenge trying to figure out how to meet the demand but I think we might have found a solution!

Starting on July 13, 2020 and lasting until the end of September, my husband, Brandon and I will be going to the Island Lake Park every Monday night. We are going to meditate for a better world and it would be great if you joined us. We will arrive around 6 pm every Monday for the rest of this summer, rain or shine! After our meditation, Brandon and I will make ourselves available for discussion away from the group area.

Here's the idea:

Just come in, sit down and meditate with us. Bring a blanket, cushion or a lawn chair if you wish. There is no need to talk, just meditate together. Stay as long as you like, leave when you want. You may bring earbuds if you desire. This is just a safe place for those of like minds and hearts to come together and make our world a better place.

Our intention is to focus on releasing and transmuting the negativity in the world by increasing the positive focus. We intend to envision the kind of world we want to live in, to send love and healing light to the world and to increase the vibrations of our area.

In order to stay compliant with current state ordinances, we will have to stay 6 feet apart from members not of our household, so be sure to follow that so we do not get any opposition from anyone. According to the ordinance, you do not need to wear a mask when outdoors and staying 6 feet apart - which is good because you need to breathe deeply to meditate! If you wish to socialize, please distance yourselves far enough away from the group area so as not to cause distraction.
We will be at the upper field near the community beach entrance located at 507 NW Island Lake Rd, Poulsbo, WA. 6 pm to whenever you want to leave. I marked the area on the map with a green X to show where we will be sitting. It's a pretty large field and is typically unoccupied. If for some reason, it is occupied, we will move to the larger field near the community room entrance.

Please feel free to invite anyone you feel would be a good match to our intentions. We look forward to seeing you there as we all work together to create a better world.

We look forward to seeing you there!
