Have you ever truly taken account of your marketplace value? I can honestly say that prior to the last 3 years, I've short changed myself. A lot of my business discomfort came because I didn't pivot or shift when I was supposed to because I was comfortable with my salary and where I had made it in life. That choice cost me A LOT, the one thing I do know is that at my most comfortable I wasn't operating at my full marketplace value.
Once I shifted my perspective and began to operate in my pivot, our bottom line increased and then I hit another stumbling block! I understood my value, however I had a hard time expressing and showcasing our value. Now don't get me wrong we've had clients share the effects of our value to them but as a business owner I have a vision and goal for our current and future value adds to the marketplace. It took me getting quiet, reviewing our analytics and client results to date , documenting my personal value and the personal value of our team members. I've been able to truly establish our current marketplace value, NOW we have been able to truly identify our next value add goal!
By doing this, it's helped us curate our goals and strategy for the remainder of 2024/2025!
