I have been especially quiet here from the 2nd to 4th quarter of this year. And it's not because I haven't had anything to do; the opposite is true. I got so busy I just hadn't had time to publish or consult business owners, so I couldn't help as much as I would like.

This needs to change in 2023!

We have been working on our most important acquisition for almost seven months now. We are closing on this exciting deal. Still, for the next six months, we will need to dedicate appropriate time to take over this business and grow upon the legacy, brand, and culture the sellers have built over the decades to take this business to the next level. This was our promise to the sellers, and we will do whatever it takes to do it.

Also, we decided to start a Private Equity Fund to open options for accredited investors to invest in our deals and achieve significant returns; we had a good demand for this so we decided to go for it. Also, this takes time and effort.

Because of this, I hadn't had a chance to help as much as I would want and that needs to change, so I decided to change the way I am making myself available to help other businesses that are not looking to sell to us or want us to invest, but want our advice, knowhow, and help to take their business to the next level whether it's to:

So from 2023, moving forward, I will be making myself available only by half-day consulting up to 4 hours, which will cost $2500 so I can dedicate appropriate time to help and find whether the fit is excellent, so we can partner up to help achieve your business goals.

My ultimate goal is to find the right partners and exchange our help, resources & network for equity in the right businesses, so I can dedicate appropriate time to add massive value.

If this is something you would like, I am keeping this to my original $500 per hour rate and making my 4 hours available for discounted "package" price of $1500 to give you one hour free.

When January 1st, 2023, hits, the price will go to $2500 and may increase rapidly in 2023 if demand is too high.

Should you want to take advantage of this half-day for only $1500, reply to this email with "I am in," and, I will send you one-page consulting agreement and wire instructions.

Then it's up to you whether you want the 4 hours before the year ends or in January to start 2023 strong or split it into 2 meetings for 2 hours each.
