Konsthall C organizes a film evening to raise money for Gaza in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

All proceeds will be donated to the Swedish Palestina groups Palestinian partners Gaza Palestinian Medical Relief Society, Gaza Community Mental Health Programme and Youth Vision Society.

We unequivocally reject all forms of violence, including attacks on civilians, whether they stem from direct acts of violence or prolonged systemic oppression.Deliberately targeting civilians and carrying out disproportionate and indiscriminate attacks that harm innocent people constitute war crimes. After an immediate ceasefire, protecting all civilians, and allowing humanitarian aid into Gaza the focus should shift to resuming peace efforts.

Artist perspectives on Efforts of Nature

Time: November 8 at 6 PM

Join a talk from two artists' perspectives, on our current exhibition Efforts of Nature, by Morgan Quaintance.

Morgan Quaintance's film world is complex with recurring patterns, repeated sequences and shifting images, a combination of low-resolution footage, 16mm film and satellite images that investigate the passage of time, dissolution and processes of change.

We are very excited to have artists and filmmakers Salad Hilowle's and Christian Rossipal's perspective on Morgan Quaintance's exhibition. Salad Hilowle's work on the African diaspora in Swedish art history and contemporary history and Christian Rossipal's commitment to topics such as radical documentary film practices, migration and biopolitics show their strong commitment to exploring challenging complex issues within their respective artistic practices and research fields.

Last week for Efforts of Nature

Morgan Qaintance acclaimed exhibition is reaching its final week next week.

Don't miss the films Repetitions and Efforts of Nature (produced by Konsthall C), which are dense assemblys of images and sounds, pushing your senses as well as your thinking. The films break out of the cinema and spread through the exhibition space.

The exhibition, which as been reviewed in Dagens nyheter and Kunstkritikk, is Morgan's first solo in Stockholm. Don't miss Efforts of Nature. We are open Thursday–Sunday at 12–5 PM.
