The Western Skinner Knife Kit is a high quality bolstered skinning knife design at 7-1/4" inches overall. It is designed with a 3" inch long blade that is 1-1/4" inch wide and .145" inch thick. This pattern also has multiple options for handle treatment. The Western Skinner comes in AUS8 stainless steel and is hollow-ground and satin finished. It comes standard with 416 stainless steel semi-radiused bolsters with matching pins. This is an excellent design for a dress or working skinner. It is simple to build and makes a fun weekend project knife.
