Guess what... Today I learned something new on TIkTok – yep I am addicted…
You see.. I think social media cops a bad wrap, but it all comes down to how you use it..
Yes I am guilty of watching far too many prank videos and dancing trends and videos of military personnel returning home from being deployed and surprising their families 😭 wahh those get me every time!
But I also follow a tonnes of great accounts which provide nothing but bang on value bombs.
Today Dr Julie outlined the 4 common signs of self-sabotage 1. Procrastination 2. Breaking promises to yourself 3. Refusing to seek support 4. Prioritising comfort over progress
And it really hit home, when I get in a slump or feel like I am plateauing I often procrastinate, don’t keep my word to myself and prioritising comfort over progress.
But just by having her outline it in such an easy to understand and relatable way bought it to the forefront of my mind 💕
