Subject: Written Transportation Note

Hey there!
Dear Kid Chess Parents,

We're getting excited for trophy day and hope you are too!

We wanted to inform you that once Kid Chess at Lake Windward has finished on December 12th, by Thursday December 19th, you will need to have provided a written note informing teachers how they will be getting home after school. This is to help the school with safety and efficiency in their dismissal procedure.
