We have some great news! Going forward, Friend will be a part of a Kid Chess team (whose name was determined by a vote from the members).

This team is in the league. Certain tournaments will count toward league standings, starting with the Level Championship this Sunday. The more Friend plays in these events, the more points they will earn for their team, and the closer they will get to being league champions!
More good news! To give all the kids an opportunity to participate in the league and the tournaments we have decided to extend our 4-week trial by one week. This will give all students the opportunity to participate in our first Level Championship, this Sunday, October 11 at 1PM. Students will compete against other students who are at the same chess level. It is totally free of charge.
