We hope this message finds you well. As you know, a storm is expected to pass through our area before the tournament scheduled for this Saturday. We are closely monitoring the conditions at the tournament facility as well as the surrounding roads to ensure the safety of all participants.

At this time, we are still planning to hold the tournament as scheduled. However, we will make a final decision early Friday once the storm has passed and we can fully assess the conditions. We will quickly update you with any changes to the event.

Also, please keep in mind that some paths leading to the tournament area, especially those near the Chattahoochee River, may be flooded. We would recommend that you plan an alternative route to the Chess Zone to avoid these areas.
