Attached is our KC Schedule for March 2 – March 8. 

Please watch the short instructional video and follow these steps.

Confirming Weekly Schedule

1. Please look for your name on the attached schedule.

2. Confirm your schedule is OK by replying to All “OK” to this email.

3. Check KCM DAILY for any updates to your schedule.

4. List of Schools map links (This link is to a Kid chess website page.  Please use it if you need to verify your assigned school location.)

Important Reminder: This Payroll period is February 17th through March 1st.  All your hours will need to be confirmed and approved to be ready to make the payday, Friday March 8th.  

Make sure you have all your time posted in ADP for the previous week Mondays by 9:00 AM.  If you have any extenuating circumstances, please call Ratana directly (770-367-4502). She will be happy to assist you with submitting your earnings in time for your check to be processed.  Earnings not submitted or submitted late will not be processed for the upcoming payroll. 

NOTE: At Chess Zone we will continue to have Free Play Thursday, and the Rated Game Tuesday Night, as well as various tournaments.
