Hello, thank you for bringing Friend to the Kid Chess Playoffs. Unfortunately, we cannot extend a Team Championship invite to Friend at this time. Though the  team qualified for the championship, we can only extend invites to the team’s top five players, because of space limitations at the tournament venue. The top five players are selected based entirely on their playoff tournament performance. 

Please note that Friend will be considered as an alternate if another player cannot attend the May 10th Team Championship. Alternates will be selected based on playoff performance.
