Kid Chess Parents,
Our Summer Chess Camp at Addison Elementary starts on Monday, June 18th. When you arrive at the school [MAP], please enter through the carpool lane and follow the Kid Chess arrows, which will guide you directly to the cafeteria.
If
you need to reach a coach on site at camp, please call
770-899-8717.
REMINDERS:
- Full-day Session is from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
- (Earliest Drop-Off Time: 8:45am.
Pick-Up Time is promptly at 5:00pm)

- Morning Session is from 9 a.m.
to 1 p.m.
- (Earliest Drop-Off Time: 8:45am.
Pick-Up Time is promptly at 1:00pm)

- Afternoon Session is from 1 p.m.
to 5 p.m.
- (Earliest Drop-Off Time: 12:50pm.
Pick-Up Time is promptly at 5:00pm)
If your child takes medication
during camp hours, please include written instructions
explaining dosage times and amounts, as well as a contact phone number. Also,
please let us know about any food allergies.

- Lunch on Monday & Wednesday
are
- pizza days and Tuesday &
Thursday are chicken
- tender days.

- If you did not purchase lunch
through us, please
- remember to pack a lunch.
You can also purchase a lunch
- at camp for $10 per day.

- If your chess player is enrolled
in Full-Day or Afternoon Session, please pack him/her an afternoon
snack.
- Please have lunches be nut-free.

- -There will be optional physical
activity breaks in the morning and afternoon. We recommend that your
chess player wears closed-toe running shoes.

- -Parents must come in to the
cafeteria to sign in/out their student from camp.
- -Trophy Ceremonies take place on
the last day of camp, Thursday, June 21st.

- -Morning Session only campers
have their trophy ceremony from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.

- -Afternoon Session only campers
have their ceremony from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.
-
- -Full Day Session campers will
have two trophy ceremonies from 12:30 to 1:00pm and 4:30 to 5:00pm.
