Subject: Scholastic Tournament this Sunday at Chess Zone

Hey kids! Chess Zone is hosting our monthly rated scholastic tournament this Sunday, August 18th. It's a great place to build a rating and get some tournament experience at a young age. Open to all scholastic players (K-12) from unrated to 1299.

August 18th - CHESS ZONE SCHOLASTIC G/25+5

Four Rounds, Swiss System, USCF rated

U1300 and U600 sections

Time Control: G/25; inc. 5; USCF dual rated (regular and quick).
Entry Fee: $45.00 if pre-registered by 8/13; $55 by 8/18; $60 on-site
Schedule: On-site registration ends at 9:40 am. All players, including pre-registrants, please check in by 9:45 am.
Rounds: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 12:45 pm, 2:00 pm
