| Dear Kid Chess Parents,
Regrettably, due to logistical issues with dismissal at Shakerag Elementary, we are unable to provide the after-school chess program this semester. With the excess number of car riders, because of COVID-19, there would have been a 45 minute waiting period for kids and coaches before club starts.
We understand how difficult it must be to run a school right now, even just the dismissal procedure alone especially with hundreds of extra students car riding instead of taking the bus. We've always appreciated the whole Shakerag Elementary team and their support and understanding - including our parents and Kid Chess kids.
We hope to return to Shakerag soon. We will keep you posted.
