To the Parents of Big Creek Elementary Students,

We are sorry to tell you that Kid Chess will not be returning to Big Creek Elementary for the upcoming fall semester. It has been our pleasure to be a part of the Big Creek Community, and we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know your children and teaching them the great game of chess. However, because of low enrollment and the high and rising facility costs, we can longer sustain our program on campus. This decision was not easy for us and is not something we take lightly.  We appreciate all the support and kindness the parents and kids have given us. And while our after-school program will no longer be at Big Creek Elementary, we hope to see your child at upcoming Kid Chess tournaments and programs at Chess Zone.
