We are excited to have you join us for your child’s Chess Club trophy ceremony. On arrival, parents or visitors should park in a designated parking space on campus or along streets being mindful of areas that may cause you to be towed. If parking on campus, park in a designated parking space only and not along curbs or fire lanes.

No one will be permitted entry to the building via the front of the school. Parents or visitors should walk to the entrance of the auditorium at the corner of Virginia Avenue and Park Drive. Once at the auditorium entrance, My After School Program staff will be there to assist visitors with signing in and distributing name tags. Restrooms are available for use near the doors of the auditorium. Parents, visitors and students will not be permitted access other areas of the school before, during or after the ceremony.

This is a directive presented to us by the school Administration due to MASP extracurricular ceremonies taking place during APS end of year testing. We look forward to seeing you there.
