Confirming Weekly Schedule Please look for your name on the attached schedule. Confirm your schedule is OK by replying to All “OK” to this email. Check KCM DAILY for any updates to your schedule. Important Reminder: This Payroll period is November 25th through December 8th. All your hours will need to be confirmed and approved to be ready to make the next payday, Friday December 15th.
Make sure you have all your time posted in ADP for the previous week Mondays by 9:00 AM. If you have any extenuating circumstances, please call Ratana directly (770-367-4502). She will be happy to assist you with submitting your earnings in time for your check to be processed. Earnings not submitted or submitted late will not be processed for the upcoming payroll. NOTE: At Chess Zone we will continue to have Free Play Thursday, and the Rated Game Night, and tournaments.
