Subject: MLK Memorial 'Classes (All-Ages)' Championship

Hey folks!

American Chess Promotions is holding a tournament with an interesting
format where classes will be divided by age rather than rating.

There will be a "Senior" Class (Open to players born in 1970 and earlier),
a "Junior" Class (Open to players born in 1971 thru 1985), a "Sophomore"
Class (Open to players born in 1986 thru 2000), and a "Freshman" Class
(Open to players born in 2001 and later).

This event will have $3500 in prizes based on 70 entries or $2000
guaranteed. It starts this Saturday morning and runs through Sunday
afternoon. It will be held at the Interactive College of Technology in
Chamblee. The full details can be found here:

We thought this was an original format and wanted to give you all a heads
up. It would be great to drum up a large turnout for American Chess
Promotions and encourage more unique tournaments like this in the future.

Thanks!
Zac
