Subject: Kid Chess Update: Our Response During COVID-19

Greetings,

I hope this letter finds you and your family safe and healthy.

The recent days and weeks have been overwhelming as our country (and the
entire world) has had to quickly and unexpectedly modify our daily lives to
protect our health and the ones we love. Together, as a community we are
facing trying times and the current pandemic is affecting all of us.

In response to COVID 19, and the chaos that it has created in the normalcy
of all our lives, Kid Chess, like most other schools, colleges and small
businesses had to adapt to an online alternative. We have built an online
platform that replicates and even amplifies our traditional classrooms
minus the face to face interaction (please see list of online activities
below).

The online platform is available Monday-Friday at 2:45pm-4:45pm and
7:00pm-8:00pm. Students can participate any day of the week and are not
limited to their designated school classroom day or specific hour.

We thrive on providing fun and educational opportunities for our students.
We look forward to the time when business returns to normal. Until then,
please take full advantage of our online platform.

We appreciate your small business support. Stay safe and we look forward to
seeing you soon.
