Dear Kid Chess Coaches,
With the coronavirus situation, we ask that all coaches do their part in helping to ensure our kids and staff stay healthy. To that end, Kid Chess has developed some new procedures to help reduce the spread of any more germs:
- Before 1st hour class and again before 2nd hour classes, coaches will wipe down pieces and sets.
- Coaches will be providing non-latex gloves for students and we want to discourage students from touching pieces until they are directed to do so.
- Coaches should have videos and lessons already running, so that students can be directed to the lesson rather than to sets.
- Kid Chess sets will remain at the schools. Avoid transferring sets and pieces between schools.
