Tomorrow is our girl's camp and tournament at Chess Zone, we can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! Below are a few details along with some FAQs.

AM Camp session: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
(Check In from 8:45 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.)
PM Tournament session: 1:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
(Check In from 1:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.)
Parents must come into the building to sign your child in and out.
What about lunch? During the morning camp lunch will be served around 11:30 a.m You will need to provide your own lunch if you did not pre-purchase lunch during registration. Items containing nuts are not allowed due to many severe contact nut related allergies. All students who purchased lunch receive pizza and one juice pouch.
What time should I pick up my child? Morning camp pickup time starts at 12:50, please pickup by 1:00. For full-day and afternoon tournament, pickup time is at 4:15ish. For this special event, if a child is signed up for both there is no need to return until the end of the tournament. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please give us a call at 770-575-5802.
How can I find out how my child is doing? Most students will work with several different coaches throughout the camp. If you’d like to know how your child is doing, you can ask the coaches. They will be able to give you a quick update or direct you to a coach who can.
Will my child recieve a trophy? For the tournament, trophies are awarded to all students with a plus score. All other participants will receive a medal.
*Spectators are not allowed in the tournament hall. Due to limited waiting room space, parents are encouraged to drop-off their student(s) and come back at 1PM for camp pickup and for the tournament, trophy ceremony will start around 4:15.
