- Please click this link. https://lichess.org/team/kidchess-fall-open
- In the top right corner you will see the “Sign In” button or your username. (If you see your username, skip to step number 4.)
- Sign In using Username: and Password: (Friend already has logged in before and has a password. If you do not remember their password, select the “Password Reset” at the bottom of the sign in box. Follow the reset instructions to create a new password that you can remember - then continue the sign in process.)
- Click on the Green Join Team Button
- Scroll down until the chessboard can be seen on the left.
- Solve the checkmate in one. When it’s solved, it will say checkmate to the right of the board in green.
- Then Click the Blue Join Team Button.
- Repeat Steps for 4 -7 for this link:
Enabling Coach Communication:

Upon your first successful login, you will be presented with a short quiz for Friend to complete that will help us assess Friend's chess skill. The quiz must be completed prior to the first day of class in order to have access to all of the daily activities and fun. The first day of class is at
EST. After the start date, flex times can be found on the schedule tab of the website.
