In our last email, we listed an incorrect class time in the club details to the right. We've corrected it here and apologize for the confusion.

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Big Creek! We are excited about seeing all of our chess students today.
 
This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Practice is central to improvement in chess, and we encourage all of our students to play chess outside the classroom. One easy way to do this is to visit the Kid Chess App. Check it out here and see all the different activities and learning resources in this virtual playground where your child can play, learn and enhance their chess skills through educational games and drills.
