Subject: Correction: Women and Girls Chess Tournament

Dear Kid Chess Parents,

In the email we just sent regarding this event, we had written the tournament's date of February 2nd as a Saturday. It is actually a Sunday. Our apologies for any confusion. We've corrected and reiterated the email below.

Chess.Zone (a division of Kid Chess) and the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Atlanta are holding a Women and Girls Chess Tournament on Sunday, February 2nd.

Daughters, moms, aunts, sisters, grandmas and friends, come out to play. This is a casual, unrated, free, event which will be loads of fun. And it's for women and girls only!
This event is not rapidly repaired, and the rounds are set with each side having 30 minutes for their entire game, plus a five second delay before every move. This means a round can last over an hour. The first round will start at 1:00 PM and there will be three subsequent rounds. It is expected to go to about 6:00 PM.

There will be two sections. One for unrated players and another for rated. The rated section will have $25, $10, and $5 prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively. The unrated section will have trophies for the top three finishers. And the top family team of two will also receive a trophy.
