Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Sarah Smith! We are excited about seeing all our chess students January 30th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Sarah Smith Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Thursday, starting January 30th, and ending May 1st, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM

• 2nd Hr - 3:40 PM - 4:40 PM

Club location
Main Campus Auditorium

Club does not meet
2/20 & 4/10

Pick up location

Cafeteria downstairs carpool. Parents must leave cars to pick up kids.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
