Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Murdock! We are excited about seeing all our chess students on August 14th, 2023.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Murdock Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting August 14th, and ending November 13th, with Trophy Day.

Class times
• 1st Hr - 2:30PM - 3:30PM
• 2nd Hr - 3:35PM - 4:35PM

Club location
Media Center

Club does not meet
8/21, 9/4, 9/25 and 10/16

Pick up location

Parents must park and walk to the exterior door on the side of the building near the entrance to ASP (but not in ASP). When facing the building, our door is to the right of the ASP doors.

* On days when chess club meets, please update in Be Safe for dismissal to club, this will let the teacher know that they will be attending club.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
