Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Rocky Mount! We are excited about seeing all our chess students August 28th!

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Rocky Mount Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting 8/28, and ending 12/11, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30-3:30pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:35-4:35pm

Club location
Cafeteria

Club does not meet
9/04, 9/25, 10/16, 11/20

Pick up location

Car riders are dismissed out the back of the cafeteria. Parents stay in cars.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
