Hello Friend,

Well the past few days here in Toronto have been somewhat difficult as you likely know and of course
many others throughout the rest of Eastern Canada are feeling the brunt of it.

However, the elves at Khan Scope were working away here regardless, with coats, and scarves on,
no power, no heat,  no visa or debit machines, yet we knew that the last minute Christmas shoppers would
be out there (since I still had to do a bit myself) and so the store was kept open and we found
a way to accomodate the folks who braved the roads, and no traffic lights to come in

Yes, we were nuttier than a fruitcake!

Once the Sun set early, it was flashlights and lamps to find our way around the store.

Certainly made for an interesting experience.  We finally got our power back after a few days,
last night around 6pm.

Kudos to the hardworking Hydro crews, working long hours and to those who shared their
warm homes and spaces with offers to those who had none. And to the many people who kept
an eye out for their less fortunate, elderly or shut-in neighbours.

Anyway, here we are on December the 24th, and we are open today till 6pm, and then it's back
on December 26th for our huge boxing day sale.
