Subject: Watch out for the Batty fang drivers

Hello Friend,

On Thursday, Toronto had a "major" snowfall.

Now, the snow plough's were doing the best they could to clear the major roads, but  you really
have to wonder about what some drivers are thinking.

I also drive in Northern Ontario, where people have a bit more awareness of driving in bad conditions
and generally drive according to those conditions.

In Toronto?

IN ONE WORD:  DAMFINO!

Well, let's see: there was about an accident every three minutes, anything from a minor fender bender
to an all out collision.

Seriously.  How is it possible for someone to be driving at regular speeds, where you just can't stop on
a dime?   (Or a looney for that matter.)

How to end up in a ditch?

Hit the brakes, and slide right into it.

Voila.

Unfortunately for me, I had to take a drive to the local bank  (I might have been better off walking in retrospect)
and saw some of this stuff firsthand.

Anyway, enough of this.  And Winter hasn't even officially begun yet.

I can hardly wait!

Right now we've got a whole bunch of promotions going on, some new ones, but to many to list here.
You can check them out at the website:   http://khanscope.com/

Clear Roads,

Ray Khan

PS I was speaking to someone in Northern California yesterday, and they were mentioning that they were expecting
10 inches of rain or so that day.. Since most of that area has been under drought conditions, it's somewhat of a relief,
it's just no fun to get it all at once.  Sometimes, you just can't win!
