Subject: Time to pay the piper

Hello Friend,

Most kids like to take up some kind of musical instrument, and that's a good thing.

Personally, I  enjoy the guitar, both acoustic and electric.

But not my neighbour's teenage daughter.

Nope.

She did not want to learn Piano, guitar, the according, flute, violin or any other
instrument.

Decided it was best to learn the bagpipes.   Went and took a summer camp, that teaches
one how to play the pipes.

And guess what?

Now she is back home from camp, she is practicing every day.

The sound certainly  carries from those pipes.

Even our cat Merlin, and the other neighbourhood cats are wondering what all the ruckus is about.

    Now don't get me wrong.

I've seen a few tattoos in my time.

In fact, one of the best ones in the world, is held every year in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

In the meantime, I'm wearing earplugs when she practices.

But lucky you.

You don't have to pay the piper.

Or listen to the piper for that matter.
