Subject: Time stands still for no one

Hello Friend,

Time does not stand still, and waits for no one!

And that includes some of the promotions we are running below.

They start and they end.

What I find somewhat odd, is that right after the promotion ends, or close to the
very end, is when many will make a decision to move forward.

Guess it's human nature, and we aren't going to be changing that anytime soon.

Anyway,  I have listed a few current promotions, and the new one starting today
is the Celestron Nightscape CCD camera's.

Both models have enjoyed success amongst amateur astronomers, with forward
thinking technology and software.

Clear Skies,

Ray "nightscape"  Khan

PS Be sure to check out the Televue filters below as well, specifically designed for observing
Mars, which will be in opposition this month. That should be the cat's meow.

PPS Wait till I tell you about the 50,000. dinner I had one evening; you won't believe it, stay tuned.

Using a Kodak 10.7MP Color Sensor and regulated TEC cooling system, Nightscape can give you instant results in just a single exposure. Coupled with the internal mechanical shutter and control software you can also automatically combine multiple images and dark frames to create images comparable to those taken with professional grade cameras costing thousands more. Get started now for only $1221

The Celestron Nightscape 8300 CCD Camera employs the famous Kodak KAF-8300 CCD that imagers have grown to love, due to the high resolution, low noise, great sensitivity and affordable cost. You get 8.3 megapixels of resolution on a large 22.5mm diagonal CCD chip which provides more than 3.5x the imaging area and 5.5x the resolution of similarly priced CCD cameras. Regulated thermoelectric cooling and adjustable fan dramatically reduces thermal noise, producing superior images. The Celestron Nightscape 8300 CCD Camera features an internal mechanical shutter makes dark frame acquisition easy - no need to cap the telescope. Choose the very best filters for viewing Mars - think TeleVue!

When it comes to observing Mars, the "must have" filters were created by the optical experts at TeleVue - the BandMates. Why two filters? Standard colored filters have been used to bring out detail on the planet's surface, but impose an artificial color on the features. The TeleVue Type-A Mars Filter is dual band with different dielectric coatings on each side of the substrate which permits green and red through while rejecting all other visible colors. The Televue Type-B Mars Filter features a broadband anti-reflection coating on one side and filter coating on the other that makes it far more efficient and achieves penetrating views of the Martian surface.

Make the most of your planetary observing sessions!
