Hello Friend,

        We have a pet cat called Merlin.

And I'm telling you that cat is stubborn and has a mind of his own.

You can see a picture of him here:

For example, he will not drink water out of his water dish.

No,  he absolutely insists he is going to jump on on the counter and take a drink from
my water glass. 

    Usually when I'm not looking of course.

      In the Spring and Summer, he will only drink rainwater outside on the patio table
or a puddle on the deck.

That cat has a mind of his own.

That's why I call him that "darn" cat!

Yes, I love him anyway.

Want to sleep in? Fuggedabout it. 

Merlin is going to make sure I'm up bright and early, so he can get his vittles.

Now I'd like to talk about another type of  cat.
