Subject: Saturday Morning Confusion....
Hello Friend,
Do you ever get up early some mornings, and just for the heck of it, take a peek outside to see if
it's clear or cloudy?
Well, I do that on occasion, however it does lead to another problem; Getting back to sleep!
Once I am up, it is really hard for me to get back to sleep. Counting sheep simply does not work.
So, this leads to what I call the "accidental observing opportunity"
Meaning, that if you wake up at some obscure early hour, like 4am, then just whip out out your
telescope, and start observing. Just throw some warm clothes on, (depending where you happen to be)
and force yourself to take a look at the stars. Or just grab a pair of binoculars and look up.
Your friends and mine, the stars will be there waiting for you.
You will be amazed at how awake you will then feel, after you have done this.
Then you have another choice, go back to bed, or brew a pot of coffee and get the day started
That's it! And on a Friday night, that is what leads to Saturday Morning confusion.........
Clear Skies,
Ray Khan
