Yes, really!  What ever happened to the Meade LX800 mount?  Well it seems that when Meade initially released that product,
it did not live up to their or customer expectations.

So Meade did the right thing; recalled all the mounts, went back to the drawing board, and spent several months working
on the new mount, which they have now released, called the LX850 Mount.

I know they spent many hundreds of hours testing this mount, to ensure that it would live up to expectations,
and so here it is;

The Best part is that they have released it a a low pre-introductory price.

PS Meade has also now made their ACF optical tube assemblies available as a separate item
