Once again pointing out the hazards of aiming these devices at Aircraft.
However, I suspect that it is not amateur astronomer's who are the culprits
here, but more
likely irresponsible individuals purchasing these devices, who think it's
somehow amusing to "blind" a pilot or aircraft.
One such pilot was grounded for 3 months after this type of incident occured.
incidents seem to have increased! How about that?
