Hello Friend,

     On the odd occassion we get some very strange people dropping by the retail store.

I am not sure where they come from, or if they should be out on the streets at all, but
in Toronto, there are certainly some strange birds.

     For example, a fellow came in and happened to mention that the sun was following him
and did we have a pair of binoculars he could buy, so he could watch the sun back.

    He was serious.

He said that no matter where he went, the sun would follow him.

    Ok, now we tried  to reason with this guy, and explaining how the sun appears
to rise in the east and set in the west, and the earth rotates, yada, yada, yada.

And while it may appear the sun was following him, it actually wasn't,

But he was not buying any of it.

As far as he was concerned the sun was following him, and that is all there was to it.

End of story.

We sent him on his way, without selling him any binoculars, because I was concerned
that he might actually burn his retina, and end up blind, and of course, on the bright side
he would not have to be concerned about whether or not the sun was following him
because he would not be able to see it.

Not a good outcome really.

But now I hoping he will return, because now we have a pair of binoculars  that we can recommend
to him, (and recommend to you also), that you can safely observe the sun with.
