Yep, when I went to the local supermarket yesterday to do some shopping for groceries, here in Turks Caicos,
no one mentioned that I should rob a bank prior to going.

Seriously! I mean I was whining about $4.99 for strawberries back in Toronto during the Winter,
but now that's a godsend compared to the $8 US for strawberries here.

I'll be eating more bananas at only a $1. a pound, and other locally grown stuff.

Shopping for groceries here, is not for the faint of heart,

And this brings me to what I tried to warn you about earlier this year.

Prices are going to increase, and frankly if you are waiting for the Can. dollar
to get stronger against the US dollar, don't hold your breath.

It's not going to happen anytime soon.
