Subject: Dont ask Neil Degrasse- Tyson any questions

Hello Friend,

I went to see Neil Degrasse Tyson give a presentation in Toronto last night and frankly
for the most part is was pure edutainment.

Read that as: A little bit of science thrown in, with some stand up comedy for effect.

Now I admit to being dissappointed, as I would have like to have heard more about the latest
in astronomical achievements which there have been many as of late.

He just touched on these, and then went off on all kinds of tangents, pertaining to science
education, and how we need more as one example.

But heck I already know that, and so do most people.

Someone in the audience yelled out: "Thanks to Harper!"  (referencing ex-Prime minister of Canada).

The audience was packed with people of all ages, who seemed to be enjoying the edutainment.

And Tyson was giving them more of it.

The price of the ticket for this event was not paltry either.

At the end of his presentation, time was up so no time left fopr questions please .

." But questions are important are they not, Mr. Tyson?"
yelled one woman out of the audience..

Yes, and more important than the actual answers, quipped Tyson.

Anyway Tyson is doing a repeat performance of his gig tonite in Toronto, just in case you feel like
checking out at the Sony Centre.

Or save your money and buy a bottle of scotch instead and curl up with a science book!

Clear Skies,

Ray Khan
