     Here is an interesting statistic for you.

Did you know that in the USA there are approximately 3,500 astronomers?

It sounds great until you find out that there also about 15,000 astrologers.

    How is that possible you might wonder?

Are people more inclined to believe in airy-fairy metaphysical bullshit than real science?

Apparently so.

This is around the time of year when astrologers like to come out of the woodwork and make
their predictions for the new year.

For example: Here is what one astrologer predicted for 2015.

During 2015 Jeb Bush will gain popularity and to win the American Election in 2016.

Really?

Then how come Jeb Bush's popularity is running at about 3% in the polls right now?

Here is another one of the same astrologers dire  predictions for 2016.

A comet/asteroid is missed by most astronomical observatories and comes close to Earth.

Really?

All you have to do is look at the news for the past year, and see how many times that
particular statement was reported.

So when it gets mentioned in the news again, he can claim to be right!

Like the late, great Karnak the magnificient (aka Johnny Carson) I will now make a bold
prediction:

    At the stroke of Midnite, many of these special offers will end and the savings that go
along with them will be lost forever!
