Subject: An apology from Celestron
Hello Friend,
Recently, the good people at Celestron decided it was time to upgrade their entire software and hardware
system.
Now in anyone's books, that is always a difficult thing to to, and keep running business as usual.
And it turns out that was exactly the case.
We try our level best to fill orders in a timely manner, however due to orders not being processed
at Celestrons headquarters in Torrance, California, many were delayed.
Seems the orders had to be input manually, and no doubt they were piling up.
The order entry staff were doing their best to keep up.
But hey, manual entry is a whole lot slower than computerized entry.
This caused some delays in delivery to our customers, and I apologize if you were one of them.
Celestron's business managers tell me they can see "light at the end of the tunnel".
So that is good news.
And in the meantime, they have put quite a number of instruments on sale including the
RASA Rowe Ackermann 11" Schmidt Astrograph.
First time everᅠ on Sale!
Celestron RASA 11 inch Optical Tube assembly
Plus: All Celestron CGEM/CGE series
ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠtelescopes and EDGE HD OTA's
And: CPC Deluxe EDGE HD series telescopes
Last but not least: ᅠCelestron Neximage, Skyris
and Nightscape Imagers.
That's all for now folks!
Clear Skies,
Ray Khan
