A Whisper or a Shout?

A document has been making its rounds suggesting that the Soviet Union shot down a UAP, allegedly triggering aliens to "retaliate," turning soldiers into a limestone-like material.

John Greenewald posted about the document on X:

"These are not "declassified" documents. These are from the then FBIS (Foreign Broadcast Information Service), which archived OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) from around the globe that were essentially archived newspaper clippings in text form collected by the CIA.

They are often mispresented on social media as CIA previously classified intelligence that has been declassified, but in reality, it's a newspaper article.

In this case, it was from a 1993 issue of Holos Ukrayiny."
