Life is complex today, isn't it?

Almost every major landmark on your horizon... buying a house,
starting a business, raising a child - even just existing
sometimes... needs an amazing amount of energy, planning and
luck.

And not everything goes to plan.

Friend of mine owned a small industrial complex that he leased
