If you're looking for a fantastically simple and free method that packs a
big sales punch, take a look at my rebrandable report at the Lotto

account, and it will be delivered whenever anyone sends a blank email to
""lottoreport@getresponse.com." Advertise that email address in your blog,
mailing list or forum posts.

3) To send your PDF Report from your website page, use the Web Form Builder
that GetResponse provides and add it to the HTML code. You'll get full
instructions from them on how to do this.
