Susan Rogers set her cap for rancher Tucker Anderson years ago. Then he went and married another woman. She bore him a set of twins and then died, leaving Tucker a bereft widower. Susan, Aspen Falls’ schoolteacher, is determined to have a proper schoolhouse built, but nothing’s happened. Yet. Just before Christmas Eve, she sets out to convince the owners of a couple of ranches to help her achieve her goals, hoping the Yuletide Spirit will aid her.
